is an entrepreneur with over 27 years serving in education. He is the founder and owner of TRIAD Consulting Strategies, Inc. and the Dorancy Law Firm PLLC. He served previously as an Administrative Assistant Superintendent for the New York City DOE. Mr. Dorancy has worked with thousands of students, parents, and staff. Currently pursuing his Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Mr. Dorancy is also a licensed attorney. Rubain has invested in multiple projects which have changed the course of Brooklyn and the NYC community at large.

is an adjunct professor at BMCC. He has worked in banking, public policy, and cyber security. Julius is a partner at Uplift Communities, where he helped facilitate programs on the subjects of financial literacy, entrepreneurship, life skills, and college and career readiness to all age groups. Julius’ interest in investing came from a realization that ownership and equity are instrumental in achieving his goals. Julius is also interested in foreign and domestic real estate.

is a 4x entrepreneur, attorney, and investor. Achumboro is a partner at Uplift Communities, which focuses on providing financial education, life skills, and entrepreneurship resources to universities, nonprofits, high schools, middle schools, and various community organizations. He is working on becoming an angel investor and global real estate investor. His entry into investing came from a realization that just working harder and smarter is not always the best way to accumulate wealth. Sometimes, trusting other people and companies with your capital is a better investment.
